Enjoyed our rooms with fireplace. Awesome and super location to the Festival theater made it easy to get to key attractions.

Great location for attending Shaw Festival - just across the street! Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Others just a 5 minute drive away.

The room wasn't as large as we might have expected, given the price point.

The Shaw Club was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable and the free DVDs to watch in my room was a nice touch. The continental breakfast which was served at my table was delicious. I really wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was well-appointed and modern, with the added bonus of a Nespresso machine. the hotel's location is central, adjacent to the lovely town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Location short walk to Festival theater, the Shaw festival for the first time, and a nearby winery. Also, close to stores and restaurants.

My favorite property in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Boutique hotel with super staff. A lovely area, super location just off local wineries and the Lake. Friendliness from the whole staff. A wide array of options for breakfast in the bar.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at this centrally located venue, with local attractions, restaurants, theaters, and vineyards all nearby.

The staff and kitchen were excellent. the location was very convenient for shopping and the plays in the festival.

The room was claustrophobic and the liack of closet space was a major problem. The room is simply too small.

The shower!!! The overall design was beautiful...modern but still very comfortable.

This isn't really a complaint, but the food on the dinner menu does not live up to the quality of the overall hotel experience. Breakfast was lovely and it was ok for lunch, but the dinner menu was limited and ordinary.

Great location, a couple of blocks away from Simcoe Park. Nicely updated and functional room with the extra touch of a nespresso machine, incredible staff. A wide range of food at the marvellous and sensational breakfast.
